Do You Offer Refunds?

We generally do not offer refunds. You have the full control of your subscription, so you are in the control seat and can decide when to subscribe to a plan and when to quit it.

We only offer refunds to the new users within 7 days of their first payments. To be eligible for a refund, users must contact us within the specified guarantee period and provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction.
