How to Generate Codes for API & SSO Settings?

API (Application Programming Interface) is a way for different software applications to communicate with each other. Developers often use APIs to reuse components and enhance development efficiency. At OnlineExamMaker, using the API allows you to connect data in OnlineExamMaker with your own systems with just a small amount of code without the need to log in to the website.

What are admin code and student code?

Admin code is the authorization code which is provided by OnlineExamMaker system for data transfer.

Student code is vertification code that used for SSO (single sign-on) for students.

Note: This feature is only available for Premium users.

How can I generate codes for API settings?

Hover on "More", then click "System Settings" link.

Click "Generate Code" button, then OnlineExamMaker system will generate admin code and student code at the same time.

You can copy the generated codes for further configuration.
